PHP AIRTerms for digital products
Last updated 18 October 2026. These terms apply when you buy a PDF, or download a free PDF or ZIP, from PHP AIR (phpair.co.uk). The seller is PHP AIR, a trading name of Ian Croasdell, sole trader, based in the UK. Contact: hello@phpair.co.uk.
What you are buying
Each product page describes the PDF, its format and its price in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken by PayPal; PHP AIR never sees your card details.
Immediate access and your right to cancel
A PDF is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content, that right ends once supply has begun, if you asked for supply to start straight away and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel.
Before you can pay, the checkout asks you to tick a box confirming exactly that: you want the PDF straight away and you understand you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download is made available. Checkout does not start without the tick, and the time and version of that confirmation are stored with your order. We confirm it again in your order email.
Delivery
After PayPal confirms the payment you see a download page straight away and we email the same link to the address on your PayPal payment. The link works a limited number of times and expires after a set number of days (shown on the download page and in the email). If it runs out or expires, email us with your order reference and we will send a new one.
If something is wrong
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what was described, tell us and we will repair or replace it, or refund you where the law says so.
Using the paid book
This section covers the paid book only. The book PDF is for your own use. Copyright stays with Ian Croasdell (trading as PHP AIR). Please do not resell, republish or share the file publicly. You may use the code examples in your own projects.
The books and guides are practical technical guidance, not legal, accounting, tax or regulatory advice.
Free resources
Items offered free for a limited time (each a PDF or ZIP download) are free only until the end date shown on the page. Free resources are free to use for your own home or properties. Please don't sell, repackage or republish them.
